Pointflip is a company that provides cloud-based systems management for IT professionals. They engaged me to develop their branding and positioning.
I started with a deep dive into competing offers, as well as cultivating an understanding of target audiences. The outputs of the project were strategic POV, brand platform and guides, and marcom exploration. This work was followed by another project to overhaul the Pointflip product UX (this project is shown separately in my portfolio).
